Contract for the Supply of Products or Services
The display of goods on The Wrecking Coast Distillery site amounts to an invitation to treat only and is not an offer to sell products or services at any price indicated. No contract for the supply of products or goods will be deemed to exist between you and The Wrecking Coast Distillery unless, and until, an email is sent by The Wrecking Coast Distillery to you confirming that your order has been accepted and payment has been successfully made.
This confirmation e-mail amounts to an acceptance by The Wrecking Coast Distillery of your offer to buy goods or services from The Wrecking Coast Distillery and this acceptance is effective regardless of whether or not you receive the e-mail.
The Wrecking Coast Distillery are free to withdraw from a prospective contract at any time prior to acceptance. This also applies in the case of any error or inaccuracy in respect of the goods or services, any description applied to the goods or services, the availability of the goods or services, or the order itself.

The Wrecking Coast Distillery is providing this site and its contents on an “as is” basis and makes no representations or warranties of any kind with respect to this site or its contents. The Wrecking Coast Distillery disclaims all such representations and warranties, including for example warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In addition, The Wrecking Coast Distillery does not represent or warrant that the information accessible via this site is accurate, complete or current.
Processing of orders
Credit and Debit cards are debited before items are shipped or before services are activated by The Wrecking Coast Distillery.
Limitation of Liability
Except as specifically stated on this site, neither The Wrecking Coast Distillery nor any of its directors, employees or other representatives will be liable for damages arising out of or in connection with the use of this site. This is a comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all damages of any kind, including (without limitation) compensatory, direct, indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, income or profit, loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties.
Illegal Acts
It is a crime to use a false name or a known invalid credit or debit card to order. Anyone caught wilfully entering an erroneous or fictitious order will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. We track the electronic fingerprints of every order placed on this website to enable us and all legitimate crime prevention and prosecution authorities to trace individual users engaging in criminal activities on our website
Returns & Refunds Policy
If you need help with an order, contact sales@wreckingcoast.com with your order number or other proof of purchase.
Changing your mind
For consumer orders placed online, you can cancel without giving a reason within 14 days after the day you receive your goods. If goods from one order arrive separately, this period starts after the last item is received. Tell us clearly that you wish to cancel by emailing sales@wreckingcoast.com before the period expires. Contacting us for return instructions does not delay or replace your right to cancel.
Send the goods back within 14 days after telling us you wish to cancel. You are responsible for the direct cost of returning unwanted goods. Pack them securely and keep proof of postage. Bottles should be returned unopened, with seals intact, wherever possible. You may inspect goods as you would in a shop; we may reduce a refund to reflect any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, including opening or consuming a drink where this reduces its value. We do not charge a restocking or cancellation fee.
Refunds for cancellations
For a cancelled order, we refund the returned goods and the least expensive standard outbound delivery charge we offered. Any extra paid for premium delivery is not refundable. If you return only part of an order, delivery charges that would still have applied to the retained items are not refunded.
We issue refunds to the original payment method without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving the returned goods or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier. We may withhold the refund until one of those events occurs. If no goods were supplied, we refund within 14 days after you tell us you are cancelling.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered, email sales@wreckingcoast.com as soon as reasonably possible. Please include your order details and photographs where practical. Reporting a problem promptly helps us investigate; there is no 48-hour deadline that removes your legal rights.
Contact us before posting damaged bottles so we can arrange a safe return or collection. We cover reasonable return costs for faulty, damaged or incorrect goods and provide the refund, replacement or other remedy to which you are entitled by law. Any refund due for rejected faulty goods will be made without undue delay and within 14 days after we agree you are entitled to it. These rights apply separately from change-of-mind cancellations and are not limited to unopened goods.

Distillery Tours Terms & Conditions
All attendees on our tours will have to sign a waiver form in advance of their tour. Children under the age of 8 are not permitted on tours. Those aged between 8 and 17 must be accompanied by an adult at all times and will not be allowed to participate in the tasting session. If you need to cancel a tour booking, please do so with at least 48 hours’ notice in order to receive a full refund or book into a different date.
Changes in Terms
The Wrecking Coast Distillery reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Any modification of these terms will be deemed to be effective from the date and time of posting on The Wrecking Coat Distillery web site.
Valentines Competition
Eligibility:
This competition is open to individuals aged 18 years or older. Employees, agents, or anyone professionally connected with Verdant Spirits or Wrecking Coast are excluded from entering.
How to Enter:
To enter the giveaway, participants must:

- Follow @verdantspirits and @wreckingcoast on Instagram.
- Like and share the giveaway post to their story.
- Tag a Valentine (or the person they’d share the prize with) in the comments of the giveaway post.
Competition Period:
The competition runs until Thursday, 13th February 2025, at 11:59 PM. The winner will be announced on Friday, 14th February 2025, via Instagram.
Prize:
One lucky winner will receive a special two-pack of spirits. No alternative prize will be offered. The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable.
Winner Selection:
The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries that meet the entry criteria.
Winner Notification:
The winner will be notified via Instagram DM on the 14th of February. If the winner does not respond within 24 hours of being notified, a new winner may be selected.
Data Protection:
By entering the competition, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data for the purposes of administering the competition. Your information will not be shared with third parties outside of the promotion without your consent.
